Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provides Beverages service to TEC members according to recipe presentation standards
• Serves with integrity, honesty, politeness and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organised workplace
• Help clearing used coffee cups and maintaining the tidiness of the lounge area and meeting rooms.
• Monitor the consumption of coffee beans and milk, and report when the stock is running low.
• Report the sales of each type of coffee monthly. 
• Proactively communicate with TEC members and reflect feedback to EAs respectively. 

Requirements:

1-2 years of full-time coffee shop work experience; proficient in operating espresso machines and familiar with making a variety of coffee beverages;
• Healthy and presentable, with a passion for coffee making;
• Strong service awareness and communication skills, able to prepare and serve coffee beverages promptly and accurately according to customer needs;
• Positive work attitude, diligent, and a good team player;
• Basic English communication skills.
